Full Spectrum Bodywork: demystifying the intersection of Deep tissue, Sound, Vibration & Energy Work.

We will begin with a Gong Bath specifically geared to calm the nervous system. We’ll explain Fully Spectrum Bodywork with technique demonstrations and end with a Q&A and a Gong Wash demo.

Monique illona & Blane Allen began their Massage, Bodywork and Sound Healing practice in 1991.

Blane has a Masters in Medical Massage and his specialties are sciatica, frozen shoulder, hip, legs, knee and low back injuries and any quirky or difficult to resolve pain and injuries. Blane also offers Craniosacral Work and was trained in Asian Bodywork techniques, including Tuina, Integrated Eclectic Shiatsu and sooji.

Monique is an Expressive Art Therapist and the author of A Dual Path: Sacred Bodywork & Practices. Monique’s specialities include working with stress & anxiety by resetting the nervous system with Deep Relaxation, Sacred Bodywork and sound & vibrational work. She also offers specific protocols for headaches/migraine work and TMJ/tmd in addition to oncology massage including mastectomy work, whiplash and prenatal massage.
