A meditative tai chi practice emphasizing fluid motion, grounding, and inner awareness. Builds balance, strength, and emotional calm.

FRIDAY: Tai Chi / Qi Gong
Focus: balance, body awareness, and core strengthTai chi-inspired sequences focusing on slow, mindful transitions, balance, and grounding.
Each session builds control, coordination, and a deep sense of peace. Includes 24 yang short and Beijing style.
Perfect for those wanting to strengthen the body, maintain independence and improve stability.
